- If a modification or cancellation of Services is necessary, ERA will notify you of this.

- ERA, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to establish and amend fees for all services or products obtained through the use of services.

- In the event of cancellation for a reason related to ERA or its driver, the customer will not bear any fees.
